Management of Patients with Urinary Stone Obstruction a Single-Center Study

Aim: This study aims to characterize the clinical manifestations, location of obstruction, and surgical intervention results individuals with obstructive urethral stones. Study design: A single-center Place Duration: IKD Peshawar, Departboyst Urology, from January 1, 2020, 2021. Methods: 124 stones were treated at Peshawar. 4 14-year-old patients Obstructive surgically by removing stone external meatus (stone retrieval) or without Meatotomy, retrograde manipulation (push back), then cystolithoclasty cystolitholapaxy, depending on stone's position size. Results: The mean age was 04±12.14 between 10 12 years old. total 118 boys (98%), together 06 girls (02%), aged 13 above. Sixty had in proximal urethra (prostatic membranous) bulbar urethra, while 24 meatus. Stones found 60 individuals. Conclusion: For most part, may be managed endoscopic therapy, but certain situations, a minor operation like meatotomy is necessary. Keywords: managment t, outcome, surgery,
